Ordering and Shipping Information
Placing Your Order
You may order yarns online by using the Buy Now menus or, for pattern pdfs, the Ravelry store link. The ordering menus are easy to access on each product page.
To order by email use the Order Form pdf and email to cheryl@cheryloberle.com. For regular mail orders print the Order Form from the pdf, fill it out and mail along with your payment to the address on the form.
If you would like to order by phone, you may do so by calling (303)-433-9205, and please leave us a message. We'll call you back.
Postage and Handling Rates
All items are shipped domestically by USPS Priority or first class mail with a flat shipping rate of just $5.00 per order. We pack and ship your orders on Friday of each week.

Payment Methods
Online orders are processed through the Paypal™ shopping cart system which provides you with the option of paying through your Paypal™ account or using your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express card. You do not have to have a Paypal™ account to use this service.
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or checks are gladly accepted. Please make checks payable to Cheryl Oberle Designs.
Running Out of Yarn?
Hand-dyed yarns by their nature will often have variances between the batches so please order enough to complete your project. Should you decide you'd like more of a particular Dancing Colors or Gossamer hand-dyed yarn to complete your project, send me about five yards of the yarn you are working with and I will custom dye yarn to match. As I do all my dyeing I can offer this service with confidence that you will get a good match.
For OM Organic Merino colors, which are are one-of-a-kind dye batches, you may send me some yarn but please be aware that Om colors are small batch limited editions and usually cannot be replicated. Please order plenty when you first order your OM. It sometime happens that I still have a "sister" skein to the one you bought or I may have something close. Do send me and email or give me a call in any case first and we can discuss your options.
Exchange Policy
Yarn is exchangeable within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in the original condition (i.e. it has not been wound into a ball) and a copy of the receipt is included with the return. Please email us before returning to receive confirmation of the return policy.
Patterns, whether digital or printed cannot be exchanged or returned.
